We understand the importance of our planet and take sustainability seriously. At Punchlist Inc. we make efforts to ensure that we can save, recycle and reuse wherever possible during your renovation project.

We can make your project sustainable by selection of material with low formaldehyde (a toxic gas) plywood, MDF boards and. We use low VOC green paints in your home such as Benjamin Moore Aura® , Natura® , Green Promise®.

We also can install dimmers and motion activated lights, programmable thermostats and home automation system to control all lights and AC when you are away from home. We also can install all Energy Star® appliances and water heaters.

Our designers can help you in having fun with your green selections and show you ways to save on your energy bill as well as the environment.
